Casein
Micellar casein is the slow-dissolving protein fraction of milk, separated so the casein micelle stays intact rather than being processed into caseinate. It mixes thick — at half the usual water it is closer to a pudding than a shake. Tubs are 2 lb and 4 lb at 24g protein per scoop.
