Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders after that ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

Rates

• Free standard shipping on orders over $75.00
• Flat $6.95 standard shipping below that
• Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch

Where we ship

United States only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the label is created. If tracking has not moved 3 business days after dispatch, email [email protected] and we will open a carrier trace.

Lost or damaged

Damaged on arrival: send a photo within 7 days and we ship a replacement, no return needed. Marked delivered but missing: tell us within 14 days and we will replace it once per address.
