Buyers in this category are burned by two things: proprietary blends that hide a light scoop, and protein that is amino-spiked to inflate its nitrogen test. The answer to both is the same, and it is boring: publish the dose, and test the lot.

What every lot is tested for

• —Identity — that the protein or creatine is what the label says it is
• —Potency — grams per serving, verified against the label claim
• —Heavy metals — lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury
• —Microbials — total plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli, salmonella

The lot code is printed on the bottom of every container. Email it to [email protected] and we will send the certificate of analysis for that specific lot. Not a sample lot from two years ago. Yours.

What we will not print

No claims about what a supplement will do to your body that we cannot support. Protein is protein and creatine is creatine. The research on creatine monohydrate is deep and public, and you should read it rather than take our word for it.
