Returns

If you do not like the flavor, you keep the tub and we refund it. Once per customer, within 30 days of delivery, no return shipment required. Email [email protected] with your order number.

Unopened product

Unopened and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery: full refund to the original payment method once we receive it. You cover return shipping unless the error was ours.

Wrong or defective item

Our mistake, our cost. We send the correct item and a prepaid return label, or refund in full, whichever you prefer.

What we cannot take back

• Opened product beyond the one-time flavor guarantee above
• Product past its printed best-by date
• Apparel that has been worn or washed

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of approval. Your bank typically posts it within 5–10 business days after that.
