This policy is a working draft written to describe what the site actually does today. Have counsel review it before launch.

What we collect

• Order information you enter at checkout: name, email, phone, shipping address. This is collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor.
• Order records we keep: your name, email, shipping address, the items purchased, and the amount charged.
• We never see or store your card number. Card data goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers.

What we do with it

Fulfil and ship your order, handle returns and support, and meet tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors needed to complete your order: Stripe for payment and the carrier for delivery.

Marketing email

We only email you about a purchase unless you explicitly opt in to marketing. Every marketing email carries a working unsubscribe link.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to request a copy of the data we hold about you or to have it deleted. We respond within 30 days. Deletion does not extend to records we must retain for tax purposes.
